Instructions for submitting your application to the JCC Fund officeThis online form will help you to complete your application in steps.
  • Fill all the forms page by page. You may save and return to the application anytime during the application period.
  • On completion of the online application, click on the final submission button which will appear at the bottom of this page to submit the application to us. You can also use the "Print" option to print out your paper copies at any time.
  • After you have clicked the final submission button, You may only access the ready-to-print version.
  • Note that you must request 3 references and 1 sponsor's statement to be submitted on your behalf. Please use the "referees" and "sponsors" link on your application page to do this.
  • Once you have submitted the application online, print out a copy of the application and follow the instructions on http://www.jccfund.org/application to submit a paper copy to us. Please note that any supplementary attachments you upload to this online form must also be printed out and included with each copy of the rest of your application.
