We will accept referee and sponsor letters either through the website or by email until February 28. Referees may send letters and ratings (from A to E) directly to us at letters@jccfund.org. Sponsor letters may also be sent to the same address. Please paste the contents of your letter inside the body of your email.

Instructions

Section 1 - Applicant Information
This online form will help you to complete your application in steps.
  • Complete the cover page (Section 1 and Section 2) of the application. Then continue with the rest of the application.
  • Fill all the forms page by page. You may save and return to the application anytime during the application period.
  • On completion of the online application, click on the final submission button which will appear at the bottom of this page to submit the application to us. You can also use the "Print" option to print out your paper copies at any time.
  • After you have clicked the final submission button, You may only access the ready-to-print version.
  • Note that you must request 3 references and 1 sponsor's statement to be submitted on your behalf. Please use the "referees" and "sponsors" link on your application page to do this. Find help on how to do this.

  • The certification page must be completed by the Institute where you will be doing your postdoctoral fellowship. The certification page must be signed by the applicant, the department chair and the fiscal office of the institute. This can be emailed to our office at jccfund@yale.edu. Please make sure that the subject line says “Certification page for (Last name, First name of the applicant)”
